A six partner training practice housed in modern well-equipped
premises within a few hundred
yards of Oulton Broad. We have friendly staff, personal lists, a
compact practice area, access to
GP beds: professional interests include whole person/whole family
medicine, vocational training,
dermatology, minor surgery, family planning, psychiatry &
paediatrics.
In addition to the establishment of six principals, the practice
employs 3 nurse practitioners, 3
practice nurses, 2 health care assistants, a practice manager, 2
secretaries and 12
administration / reception staff. District nurses, midwives, health
visitors and mental health care
workers complete the team.
The doctors meet three times per week, often with the practice
manager, with a more formal
monthly business meeting. The main focus of the weekly meetings is
educational.
All partners take part in training. The practice has occasional
undergraduate students as well as
registrars.
Personal interests include sea kayaking, cycling, skiing,
travelling, hockey, music and reading.
